Mobile Plant Fitter / Mobile Plant Mechanic
Salary: £38,500 – £50,000 + Overtime

Are you ready to take the next step in your plant engineering career? We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Plant Fitter / Mobile Heavy Plant Mechanic to join a growing engineering team, working on a fleet of diesel-powered machinery.
This position offers full training on specialist equipment, starting in the depot before progressing to site work when comfortable — ideal for anyone who wants a long-term career path and higher earning potential.
Mobile Plant Fitter responsibilities:
* Routine maintenance, repairs, fault finding and inspections
* Working on a range of heavy plant equipment (excavators, dumpers, cranes, tele - handlers etc.)
* Hydraulic and diesel diagnostics
* Preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise reliability
* Working independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues

The ideal Mobile Plant Fitter will have:
* A qualification in Plant Maintenance (NVQ / City & Guilds)

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* A Full UK Driving Licence
