We are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced electrician who is keen to transfer their skills into the fire alarm industry. You will receive structured training and support to achieve BAFE Level 3 and develop into a fully competent Fire Alarm Engineer.

This role is ideal for an electrician who wants to specialise, expand their skill set, and build a long‑term career in fire detection systems.

• Assisting with installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems
• Learning commissioning and fault‑finding techniques
• Working within live environments, including healthcare settings
• Completing works in line with BS 5839 standards
• Completing job reports and compliance documentation
• Working alongside senior engineers and management

• Fully qualified and experienced electrician
• Strong installation and fault‑finding skills
• Willingness to undertake BAFE Level 3 training
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach

• BAFE Level 3 fire detection qualification (fully supported)
• Manufacturer training (including Advanced fire alarm systems)
• Ongoing mentoring from experienced fire alarm engineers
• Clear progression to Fire Alarm Engineer role
