Business Development Executive (Sheffield, Office-Based)

2026 is set to be a huge year for The Cinch Group. To support our growth, we’re looking for a proactive, commercially‑minded Sales Support / Business Development Executive to join our Sheffield office and play a key role in generating new opportunities and supporting our sales function. This isn’t just an admin role – it’s a genuine stepping stone into Business Development.

• Researching and identifying new recruitment agency prospects
• Outbound calling, Linked In outreach and email engagement
• Booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team
• Maintaining and updating our CRM system
• Gathering contractor/client feedback to support retention
• Supporting marketing campaigns and follow‑ups
• Helping shape lead generation strategy as we grow

• Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking to decision‑makers
• Commercially aware and target‑driven
• Organised and detail‑focused
• Resilient and not afraid of objection handling
• Motivated by progression and growth

Experience in recruitment, payroll, finance, or B2B sales is advantageous – but attitude and drive matter more!!
