A growing construction business is looking for a proactive Sales & Administration Coordinator to support customer enquiries, generate new opportunities, and provide day-to-day office support. This role suits someone confident speaking with clients, commercially aware, and comfortable working within the construction supply chain.

Salary
: £30,000

• Identifying and developing new sales leads across the construction sector
• Managing incoming enquiries and progressing them into qualified opportunities
• Building rapport with builders, developers, and self-build customers
• Assisting the estimating team with documentation, quotations, and follow-up
• Handling general office administration and maintaining accurate records
• Delivering a professional, responsive service to all customers and contacts

• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑focused role
• Construction or building materials background helpful but not essential
• Confident telephone manner and comfortable initiating conversations
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
• Clear communicator with solid IT skills
• Full driving licence required

• Up to £30,000 salary
