Location:
Field-based covering the North of England / Office-based (1-2 days a week in Sheffield) / Remote

Elevation Recruitment is excited to be working with an award-winning telecom and IT company in Sheffield to find a dynamic Account Manager to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity in a new department built within a growing IT services business. You’ll take full ownership of shaping the strategy and making the role your own. You’ll be selling managed IT services (MSP) into an existing customer base of 500+ clients as well as winning new business. This is a fast-paced, closing-focused role and would be suited to someone who enjoys autonomy and impact.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Hunting new opportunities and re-engaging existing customers
  • Provide expert advice and IT solutions tailored to client needs
  • Owning the field sales strategy from day one
  • Identifying customer pain points and market gaps
  • Positioning strong USPs against competitors
Skills & Experience
  • Proven sales experience within IT services / MSP is essential
  • A strong hunter mentality, proactive, confident closer
  • Commercially aware, ambitious, and career-driven
  • A full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
