Salary: £27,000 - £30,000  Uncapped Commission | OTE £32,000 - £64,000

The Academy typically lasts six months , subject to performance and KPI achievement and is a mandatory part of the role and forms the foundation of your development.

Experience of a Trainee Insurance Advisor:
