Launch Your Sales Career in Cybersecurity

As a German-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) at Forescout, you’ll be the front door to our sales organisation across the DACH region—introducing future customers to cutting-edge cybersecurity technology while learning from some of the best in the business.

What You Will Do
  • Generate new‑logo pipeline across German‑speaking markets through strategic outbound prospecting and by qualifying high‑priority inbound leads (demo requests, contact sales, etc.). Own the top of the funnel, creating high‑quality opportunities that fuel our international sales engine.
  • Confidently engage prospects in German and English via cold calls, email campaigns, and personalized Linked In outreach within our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Consistently deliver results by generating sales opportunities every month and exceeding core KPIs: outbound calls, prospect sequencing, Linked In tasks.
  • Act quickly on MQLs to ensure prospects have a best‑in‑class buying experience from first touch.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives
    , contributing to sales plays, improving conversion rates, and winning together as one team.

What You Will Bring To Forescout
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
  • 1‑2 years experience in a BDR or SDR role.
  • 1 year experience cold calling into prospects.
  • Experience outbounding into new logo accounts.
  • Demonstrated over performance for at least 1 quarter.
  • Grit and determination to elevate your career.
  • Experience with Outreach/Salesloft is a bonus.
  • Experience with SFDC is a bonus.
