A rare opportunity for a capable Insurtech Sales Executive to join a pioneering platform provider transforming how global insurers and brokers manage and connect their risk data within the Specialty market. The successful candidate will focus on driving new business across the insurance ecosystem, while expanding engagement with existing strategic accounts. Working on a hybrid basis in Central London, this role offers high earning potential and significant career progression within a growing and well-respected Insurtech.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion within assigned strategic accounts
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for technology-led Specialty solutions
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with insurers and brokers at senior and C-level
  • Manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer value realisation and long-term success
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and client challenges
  • Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales and pipeline targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales within insurtech
  • Demonstrated success selling to brokers and insurers
  • Experience selling London Market/ Specialty solutions and digital transformation initiatives
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and build relationships at executive level
  • Confident, consultative communicator with a strategic and solution-oriented approach
  • Based close to Central London for regular client meetings
