Permanent Role Purpose We are looking for a driven, resilient, and highly motivated Account Manager with a true hunter mentality. You will be responsible for building your own book of business from the ground upidentifying prospects, opening new opportunities, and developing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities New Business Development Proactively source, prospect, and win new clients through outbound calling, networking, social engagement, referrals, and industry research. Build and grow a personal sales pipeline. Identify and qualify new opportunities. Present solutions confidently. Account Growth & Management Build, manage, and maintain a portfolio of clients. Maximise revenue opportunities. Develop strong long-term relationships. Maintain accurate CRM records. Collaboration & Internal Engagement Work closely with internal teams.

Leverage specialists to shape solutions. Participate in training and development. Performance & Accountability Meet and exceed KPIs and targets. Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude. Demonstrate resilience and strong work ethic. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting. Strong appetite for winning new business. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confidence in end-to-end sales cycle management. Resilience and persistence.
