Overview

Sheffield Ford Transit Centre

Contract Type:
Permanent, full-time

Salary: £50,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
Working hours: 44 hours per week – Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00, Saturdays 09:00 to 13:00 (rota basis).

Previous automotive experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided, with access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1 and access to our Ford dealer portal for Brand training as required.

You will be the key point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone and in person. Attention to detail and flawless administration skills will help you succeed in closing the deal. You may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market, therefore a full UK driving licence is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Negotiating the final price for the sale
  • Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
  • Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
