Job Description What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound B2B sales calls
  , engaging with small business owners across the UK.
• Offering tailored energy solutions
  , helping businesses save on their gas and electricity bills.
• Hitting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high performance metrics.
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  , identifying and qualifying potential customers.
• Developing lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Keeping up to date with energy market trends to provide the best possible deals.
• Using CRM systems to track sales opportunities, manage leads, and maximize conversions.

• Confident communicator – You love speaking to people and closing deals.
• Resilient and target-driven – You thrive on hitting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to handle objections – Turning a "no" into a "yes" is second nature to you.
• Energy Sales experience preferred – Energy sales experience is a plus, but full product training is provided!
• Self-motivated and competitive – You want to be the best and earn the most!
