Lead development sales executive

Overview

We’re looking for someone confident, personable, with a background in Sales and Customer Service. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. This is an office-based role located in Sheffield, with the opportunity to transition into a 60/40 hybrid working arrangement following a successful three-month probation period. • Experience in both Sales and Customer Service.
• Confidence talking to new people and building relationships.
• Motivated, organised, and happy to take the initiative.
• Excellent Telephone Manner and communication skills with a desire to succeed and overachieve.

• Converting inbound sales enquiries
• Building and developing new and existing customer relationships
• Creating your own database of contacts
• Providing regular reports on sales performance
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
