About the RoleWe are looking for a Retail Store Manager who can inspire and lead with passion in a large or high-profile store. If you have a history of guiding large teams to achieve outstanding commercial results, a self-driven and proactive mindset, and a talent for coaching and developing others, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Day to day, lead your people to deliver both individual and team objectives, including driving revenue combined with a great customer experience.
- Communicate with stakeholders from across the business to ensure a clear strategy and support for your store.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioural KPIs, while capitalising on new retail opportunities.
- Lead by example with exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
- Build fresh ideas and strong relationships with customers and the community to build loyalty among first-time visitors.
- Experience leading large teams to achieve outstanding commercial results.
- Self-driven and proactive mindset.
- Talent for coaching and developing others.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure clear strategy and support for the store.
