• Salary up to £28,000 + performance-related bonus

• Lead and support a motivated retail team through coaching and daily guidance
• Take ownership of store KPIs and assist with P&L responsibility to drive commercial success

• Support recruitment and training to build a skilled and confident team
• Step in for the Store Manager when required, taking full accountability
• Ensure every customer interaction delivers an excellent shopping experience

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or Floor Manager in a busy retail environment
• Strong sales leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proven track record in coaching, team development, and driving performance
• Commercially aware with understanding of KPIs and P&L responsibility
• Creative eye for visual merchandising and maintaining high standards on the shop floor
• Passionate about developing others through recruitment and training
• Friendly, confident, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
