Relief Retail Security Officer

Overview

Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

• Preferably hold a current SIA licence or SIA certificate (training for a licence can be provided in some circumstances).
• It is vital that you have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history; failure to provide could mean your offer will be withdrawn or your employment terminated.

• Deliver industry-leading customer service
• Deter violence and public-order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
• Liaise with the store management teams
• Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships where required to foster a great working relationship to support the reduction of crime in store
• Wear Body Worn CCTV to support the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
