We're looking for a talented Chef to join our team at Fulwood Barracks. If you're passionate about great food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and want a role that offers variety and growth, this is the opportunity for you!

• Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - plus fine dining for special events.
• Work as part of a skilled team and coach new colleagues to maintain high standards.
• Follow recipe cards to deliver consistent, delicious dishes.
• Manage stock, assist with deliveries, and keep kitchen records up to date.
• Monitor food safety - temperatures, storage, and due diligence paperwork.
• Help with daily and weekly deep cleans to keep the kitchen spotless.

• Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent).
• A confident chef with great teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility and creativity in the kitchen.
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.

• Work-life balance:
