Administrator (Certification)

Role Purpose
To produce accurate and compliant certification packages for company products, ensuring all documentation meets customer purchase order requirements and is released in a timely manner prior to product dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue outgoing certification and documentation packages to ensure customers receive correct and complete information on time.
Maintain controlled copies of customer documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and continuity of customer information.
Update internal databases and related systems to ensure customer and certification information is visible and accessible to relevant HW colleagues.
Liaise with third-party witness bodies for stamp testing and the release of certification documentation.
Accurately record product certification details before authorisation by an approved signatory.
Ensure all certification requirements are met prior to products being released to customers.
Work in accordance with company quality procedures and documentation control standards.
Experience / Skills / Qualifications
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread documentation accurately
Conscientious and methodical approach to work
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Understanding of quality procedures
Experience of working with third-party witness bodies (desirable)
Training & Development
Minimal initial training required
Opportunities for progression to senior roles or alternative positions within the company
Package & Benefits
Salary: £34,740 - £36,956
Overtime / Shift Allowance:

8:30am - 5:00pm

Holidays: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
Pension: 4% employer contribution / 5% employee contribution
