Health and Wellbeing Practitioner

In this exciting roleyouwillbesupporting young people’s health and wellbeingensuring thatyoung people, aged 13-25receive the right support at the right time.

As part of ateamyou will deliver a range of activities and support including:

• Wellbeing Wednesdays offering one-to-oneemotionalsupport
• Managing acaseload giving structure done-to-one support

Ultimately, you’llbe sharing in our goal toimprove the health & wellbeing foryoung peoplethroughearly interventionandadvocacy. Working closely with a range of partner organisations, both voluntary and statutory (including CAMHS, AMHS andSocial

Services), you will helpyoung people receive the right support at the right time.

There are 2 roles - 1 x fixed term contract until June 2027 and 1 x maternity cover until January 2027. These are part time roles at 22.2 hours per week. The salary will be pro-rated to these hours
