Synechron is looking to hire a Marketing & Communications Associate to work in a global financial organization. Working closely with the CIO, the role is responsible for helping to drive culture and engagement agendas as well as supporting the wider transformation teams across the business.
Every day and project will be different as the scope of the role is large and will be involved in global multi-channel communications and strategy. You will be supporting marketing initiatives for internal and external stakeholders, exposing you to a wide and varied audience.
Responsibilities- Help shape and drive technology culture and engagement agenda using a multi-channel strategy
- Take ownership of relevant communications channels such as Town Hall agendas, articles, leadership pieces, videos, advertising, editorial
- Support the tracking and reporting of KPIs and associated success stories
- Execute communications plan for CIO
- Assist the CIO and Leadership Team in creating high quality, clear and engaging content for key stakeholders
- Create and leverage feedback channels to ensure consistency and where appropriate make recommendations for change
- Support the execution of technology culture and engagement agenda across the business
- Experience with in marketing and communications ideally within technology/ finance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the confidence to work effectively with senior executives
- Ability to manage multiple threads of work under pressure to deliver unexpected urgent pieces of work to tight turnaround times
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Understanding of technology a bonus
- A motivated and creative self‑starter who can work collaboratively at all levels across a variety of diverse networks
- A project management approach to push and drive things through whilst getting the best out of people along the way to deliver the desired outcome
