Think FE are proud to be partnering with a successful, community-focused further education college in Northamptonshire to recruit a Marketing Executive on a full-time, permanent basis.

If you enjoy developing campaigns, creating engaging content and seeing measurable results from your work, this role offers real variety and ownership.

You’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering marketing activity that supports student recruitment and enhances the college’s brand presence.

• Developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Crafting engaging written and visual content for digital platforms
• Managing and updating website content
• Creating and scheduling social media campaigns to drive engagement
• Supporting and organising internal and external marketing events
• Showcasing the college to prospective students and stakeholders
• Monitoring campaign performance and using data to inform improvements

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable balancing creative ideas with measurable outcomes.

• Experience in a marketing, communications or digital role
• Strong content creation skills across web and social media
• Experience supporting or leading social media campaigns
• Confidence using digital platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Previous experience within education would be beneficial, but it’s your creativity, drive and ability to deliver results that matter most.

• Full‑time, permanent position
• 20% employer contribution to the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)
