Ecommerce Trading Manager (FTC) | Luxury Fashion

London / Hybrid (3 days office)

This luxury DTC fashion brand known for its cult following and bold, creative collections is looking for a hands on Ecommerce Trading Manager to lead trading, conversion and site performance during a crucial growth phase.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role will take full ownership of ecommerce trading and deliver commercial results across multiple Shopify stores. You’ll:

• Drive day‑to‑day DTC trading – identifying opportunities, pulling levers and reacting fast to trends
• Manage forecasting, stock levels and sell‑through goals, working closely with Merch and Production
• Lead CRO initiatives to optimise conversion and customer experience
• Use data and insights to experiment, test and refine product and trading strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, launches and trading calendars
• Act as a digital brand guardian, ensuring the online experience reflects the brand’s premium positioning

You’re analytical, commercial and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. You know what levers to pull to move the numbers.

• Strong ecommerce trading background within fashion or luxury
• Deep DTC experience – ideally with Shopify, Nosto, Klaviyo and GA4
• Highly numerate and data driven – comfortable with forecasting, CRO and trading KPIs
• Confident using insight to drive change and maximise revenue
• Hands‑on and proactive – you roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Ambitious and self‑starting, with a sharp eye for detail and performance
• 4‑month FTC (with potential to extend)
• Start ASAP
• No direct reports, but full autonomy and ownership
