What You’ll Be Doing- Manage and grow the affiliate programme (currently on AWIN).
- Identify and scope new partners and partnership opportunities.
- Own onboarding and day‑to‑day partner relationships – from building pitches and shaping fair deals to educating partners and ensuring successful campaign delivery.
- Manage and expand the micro‑influencer and creator programme as new products launch.
- Review and optimise commission and offer structures.
- Build and execute a clear test‑and‑learn roadmap for channel growth.
- Turn customers into advocates by helping them become affiliates and rewarding their engagement.
- Review, analyse, and report on performance, adjusting strategy based on insights.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally (Creative, CRO, CRM) to deliver the best partner and customer experience.
- Work closely with the wider Growth team, sharing learnings and insights regularly.
- Experience managing affiliate and partnership programmes.
- Hands‑on experience with AWIN and partnership/influencer management tools.
- Creative flair – able to help partners craft content that converts.
- Comfortable using basic creative tools (e.g., Canva) to produce pitches or assets when needed.
- Proactive in sourcing, onboarding and nurturing new partners.
- Practical and pragmatic – able to prioritise based on impact and effort.
- Strong analytical skills to understand performance in the wider channel mix.
- Able to build scalable processes for managing partners at volume.
- A collaborative team player who likes working closely with others.
- Ideally experience in a DTC subscription business, particularly within wellness/health.
- Love building relationships that fuel growth.
- Naturally take initiative and enjoy learning new things.
- Stay curious about industry trends and like to test new ideas.
- Want to help build something that genuinely improves people’s lives.
- A close‑knit, collaborative team that moves quickly and supports each other.
- A chance to make a visible impact at a brand that’s growing fast.
- Lots of room for career growth and skill development.
- A culture that values learning, humility, and experimentation.
- Monthly team lunch + regular socials
