We work closely with Shopify and, in just three years, have built a global client portfolio that includes Blakely Clothing, Motel Rocks, Never Fully Dressed, Cole Buxton, TOTEME, and many more leading brands across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and the US.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of Venn Apps’ growth and help take our story to the world.

After five years of product innovation, client wins, and proven results, we’ve established ourselves as one of the most advanced mobile app builders in the Shopify ecosystem. We’ve achieved product-market fit — now we’re ready to amplify our brand presence, build demand, and showcase why Venn Apps is the go-to mobile app solution for Shopify Plus merchants globally.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy — from brand positioning and product marketing to lead generation and content creation. You’ll work closely with our founders, sales, and product teams to define messaging, drive awareness, and turn our insights and success stories into compelling campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

• Develop and own Venn Apps’ integrated marketing strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Create and execute compelling content strategies that position Venn Apps as a thought leader in Shopify app development.
• Oversee brand storytelling across channels — including web, social, email, and events — to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Build SEO and digital marketing strategies to attract high-quality inbound leads and boost online visibility.
• Lead marketing campaign planning and execution, measuring performance and optimizing for ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities, product updates, and commercial goals.
• Represent Venn Apps at key industry events, helping to tell our story to partners, clients, and the wider e-commerce community.
• Manage and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, Shopify developments, and emerging marketing best practices.

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in marketing management, preferably in tech, SaaS, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong understanding of Shopify, particularly Shopify Plus, and the broader app ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience leading campaigns across digital channels (SEO, content, social, email, events).
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of using insights to refine strategy and performance.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience with tools like Webflow, Hub Spot, or SEMrush is a plus.
