• 39 hour working week with half day Fridays

• Creating and delivering recovery plans to address late production issues.
• Minimising the impact of overruns and downtime across production lines.
• Ensuring production resources are effectively planned and utilised.
• Applying lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and cost.
• Supporting the scheduling process to maintain on time delivery.
• Leading and supporting the closure of ECRs and NCRs while driving reductions in internal NCRs.

• A background in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience creating structured plans to resolve production issues.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exposure to NCR and ECR processes.
• The ability to analyse operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• A methodical, detail focused working style suited to high blue or green behavioural preferences.
