Overview
Interim Head of Manufacturing Engineering
Location:
Sheffield - 5 days a week
6 months - FTC
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a manufacturing company in Sheffield to recruit an Interim Head of Manufacturing Engineering on an initial 6m contract.
Responsibilities- Provide immediate leadership across teams
- Assess current capability, structure and technical performance
- Drive improvements in OEE, yield, scrap reduction and productivity
- Proven Head of Manufacturing Engineering / Head of Engineering background
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Track record of turnaround / transformation
- Comfortable operating at board level
- Immediately available or short notice
