An established manufacturing organisation in the UK is seeking a Materials / Finishing Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for overseeing the materials flow, finishing operations, ensuring quality delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Six Sigma. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and people-management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels.

A salary of circa £45k is offered along with excellent benefits.
