Overview
REED Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a leading Engineering & Manufacturing company. Furnace Operative. Working within a busy metals company working with heat treated products which are used in various industries throughout the world
Responsibilities- Ensure safe lifting methods and operations in accordance with procedures and processes using cranes such as pendant or remote etc
- Enter product information onto our internal systems
- Work with heat treated products with an emphasis on H&S at all times
- Loading and unloading of deliveries or transportation of materials within the site by use of Forklifts, Slinging or Cranes etc
- Continuous housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe working environment at all times
- You should be a good communicator, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You should be conscientious, hardworking, flexible and health and safety aware
