Talent Link Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company to find experienced Sheet Metal Workers to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable business that values expertise, reliability, and dedication.

Who We’re Looking For:

* Experienced professionals in sheet metal fabrication and welding

* Confident working from technical drawings and plans

* Skilled in MIG, TIG, and/or spot welding

* Experience with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality workmanship

Key

Skills:

* Sheet metal fabrication experience (5+ years preferred)

* Welding proficiency (MIG, TIG, spot welding)

* Knowledge of metal forming, bending, and assembly

* Ability to interpret engineering and technical drawings

* Strong attention to detail and understanding of health & safety standards

What’s on

Offer:

* Pay: £14.00–£18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

* Hours:

40 per week, Monday to Friday
