Electrical Panel Wirer

On behalf of our Sheffield based client we are currently recruiting for a Panel Wirer on an ongoing temporary basis.

Hours:

37.5 Hours per week Mon-Fri. O/T possible on Saturdays

Pay: c £16.00 per hour

The job:

• Assembly of electrical switch gear and related equipment
• Reading and following engineering drawings and production notes
• Maintain high-quality standards
• Working from technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to ensure accurate assembly.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Support other team members, share expertise and best practice.
• Report any malfunctioning, or defective parts.

This is not an exhaustive list. Other duties may be included at the discretion of the department manager.

You:

• Good knowledge and technical skills in wiring and assembling electrical panels.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow schematic diagrams accurately.
• Knowledge of Electrical systems
• An understanding of electrical regulations such as 18th Edition
• Experience in electrical manufacturing or similar
