We are looking for an Assistant Operations Lead to join our growing PX-GC team
, supporting the Operations Manager while playing a key role in developing new business, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with mid or senior-level experience in the property sector who is ready to take on a highly visible role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Main purpose of the roleAs a senior member of the team, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to drive performance
, develop new opportunities
, and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
. You will also take responsibility for managing the office and team in the absence of the Operations Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational management and sales delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
, working alongside the Operations Manager, Business Development Managers, and wider team. - Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team
, ensuring targets and service standards are consistently achieved. - Support the Operations Manager in implementing strategies to improve team performance and operational efficiency
. - Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive continued growth.
- Represent the business at client meetings, presentations and industry events
, always promoting the company professionally. - Deliver against sales targets across property sales and associated services
. - Take responsibility for office leadership and operational management in the absence of the Operations Manager.
- Contribute to senior leadership discussions
, recognising industry trends and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts. - Provide solutions to operational or client challenges, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and professionally
.
- Ensure all internal systems are maintained with accurate records, documentation and clear communication trails
. - Maintain high client service standards and service level agreements across the team.
- Liaise with external suppliers and industry professionals
, including RICS valuers and contractors. - Work collaboratively with the wider Part Exchange & Group Clients team to manage workloads and client expectations.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and workload while supporting the wider team.
- Support training and development across the team
, sharing expertise and best practice. - Attend and contribute to senior team meetings
, presenting business results when required.
- Experience with in Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Sales or Property Management
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Strong track record of driving sales performance and business growth
- Excellent relationship building and client management skills
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
