The RoleThis role would suit candidates working as Stakeholder Manager, Community Engagement Manager, Land Access Manager, Asset Manager, Project Interface Manager, Client Liaison Manager, External Relations Manager, Infrastructure Coordinator, Permissions Manager, or Engagement Lead. We would also welcome applications from professionals in construction, civil engineering, utilities, transport, or energy sectors.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including local authorities and landowners.
- Act as the main contact for all matters relating to land, buildings, and asset coordination.
- Ensure stakeholder needs are understood and integrated into project plans.
- Manage approvals and permissions for land use and building access.
- Monitor compliance with legal, environmental, and safety requirements while supporting collaborative delivery models.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management on large‑scale infrastructure or construction projects.
- Understanding of land and asset management processes, ideally within regulated sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working collaboratively within multi‑partner frameworks.
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, with professional membership desirable.
