Regional Lead – Strategic Growth & Market Positioning
Future Gen Recruitment is representing a highly respected planning consultancy seeking a Planning Director to lead and expand its Yorkshire operations.
This is not simply a delivery role — it is a strategic leadership appointment with responsibility for revenue growth, team development and market positioning across residential and regeneration sectors.
The Role- Setting and delivering the regional business growth strategy
- Leading and expanding the planning team
- Securing new client relationships and major instructions
- Overseeing financial performance and P&L responsibility
- Leading major appeals and Local Plan examinations
- Representing the business within the regional property market
- Mentoring and developing future leaders within the team
You will be instrumental in shaping the next phase of growth.
