My client, a respected name in the UK bus and coach sector, is looking for a forward-thinking Workshop Manager to lead their Sheffield Depot.

What you’ll be doing in your new PSV Assistant Engineering Manager role:

Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy Bus and Coach workshop
Supporting and developing technicians through structured coaching
Ensuring high service standards, productivity and efficiency
Collaborating with the wider service and aftersales team
Monitoring KPIs and maintaining quality, health & safety, and compliance

The successful PSV Assistant Engineering Manager will have:

Proven experience in a Workshop Manager or senior supervisory role
A recognised technical qualification and hands-on background
HGV or PSV Mechanical Experience
Excellent team leadership and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver against targets
An understanding of financial performance within workshop operations
