Interim Payroll Manager  (Public Sector)

3-6 months temporary assignment

£30 per hour PAYE

One day a week in Yorkshire

Payroll Environment:

Team size: 15

Monthly volumes: circa 8,500 employees

System: iTrent

Ideal Background:

Strong public sector and/or local government payroll experience

Knowledge of local government pensions

Strong understanding of Trade Union environments

Confident, hands-on payroll professional willing to get involved operationally

Experienced managing complex payroll queries and high-volume environments

The assistant manager will be running the overall team management they just want someone a little bit more senior to come on board and support other various projects within the team.
