We’re currently recruiting for 2x Permanent Registered Children’s Home Managers (1x Senior Registered Manager) in Sheffield within a Private Company.

About your duties as the Registered Children’s Home Manager, Children’s Social Care:

To lead and manage the development and shaping of the home, ensuring dynamic plans for the children and young people.
Ensure the Home is ready for an Ofsted Inspection
Safeguarding and promotion of well-being for those who reside within the home.
Ensuring the home complies with the Quality Standards and Children’s Homes Regulations (2015)
Ensuring that the staff have training and development opportunities to enable them to be fully skilled within their fields and understand what Ofsted “Good” looks like
Your experience needed as the Registered Children’s Home Manager, Children’s Social Care:

Must have a Level 5 Children’s Home Management Qualification or willingness to work towards one.
Ideally have been a Registered Manager (with Ofsted) previously or worked as a manager or senior within residential settings for 3+ years.
Worked within children’s residential settings previously.
Proven track record as Registered Manager in a children’s home.
Have a good understanding of what “Good” looks like.
