Role: Senior Residential Conveyancer

Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 + Bonus

Location: Sheffield

As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you'll manage and oversee a varied portfolio of residential property transactions. From freehold and leasehold properties to transfers of equity and re‑mortgages, your expertise will ensure a seamless process for clients while mentoring and supporting your team.

• Run a High-Value Caseload:
  Manage complex residential property transactions with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Meet and Exceed Targets:
  Drive individual and team performance, achieving KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Build Relationships:
  Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
• Master the Systems:
  Utilise the firm's bespoke case management system for efficient file handling, ensuring accurate records and regular updates.
• Champion Compliance:
  Ensure all transactions meet AML regulations, CQS protocols, and SRA standards, safeguarding client interests at every step.
• Mentor and Collaborate:
  Share your expertise by supporting junior team members and fostering a collaborative team culture.

• Proven Expertise:
  At least 3 years' experience managing residential conveyancing caseloads.
• Comprehensive Knowledge:
  Strong technical skills across all aspects of the conveyancing process, including high-value and complex transactions.
