BMS Project Manager

Our client is the largest BMS Controls organisation within the UK, acting as both a Tier one and Tier two contractor and frequently involved in ground‑breaking major projects that contribute to the building and technological advancement of prestigious buildings across the country.

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 basic + Package.

We’re looking for a Project Manager with experience managing a project from start to finish, capable of developing a plan of action that considers a fixed timeline and evaluates risks. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

• BMS Project Management experience is essential
• 4+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Good, rounded knowledge of HVAC fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Experience working with a team
