We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver routine and periodic cleaning.
• Ensure the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules, following correct Health & Safety procedures.
• Provide technical training as and when required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials, order stocks as necessary.
• Deal with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• Able to work to a schedule on own initiative.
