• Support the delivery of operations across a Home Office site, working shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
• Carry out delivery, setup, and takedown of furniture and equipment for meetings and events; adjust meeting room layouts to meet user requirements.
• Assist in keeping the site clean and tidy; ensure the exterior of buildings and pathways remain clean, clear, and well maintained.
• Receive and distribute heavy or large deliveries; complete basic maintenance tasks (minor repairs, minor plumbing, painting, and decorating).
• Observe local security measures in accordance with client policies.
• Work flexibly with regard to work patterns, systems, and locations to maintain client standards.
• Complete Safety Walks; report concerns to the Facilities Manager; proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Adhere to reasonable management requests from line managers or client contacts.
• Be willing to undergo an intrusive clearance process as required.

• Ideally has experience in a similar role or environment; experience in lifting and handling furniture and equipment.
• Customer-service oriented, a strong team player, and able to communicate effectively with a well-groomed appearance.
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn new tasks.
