Position: Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancing Solicitor
Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a small, well‑established Sheffield law firm, to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer to join their close‑knit team.

This long-standing traditional practice is seeking a candidate who can confidently manage their own residential property caseload, including:

* Sales

* Purchases

* Re‑mortgages

* Transfers of equity

* General conveyancing transactions

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who prefers a quality-driven, low-volume environment rather than a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The firm prides itself on delivering a personal, attentive service to its clients.

Our client is looking for someone who:

* Has proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently

* Comes from, or appreciates, a traditional legal practice background

* Delivers excellent client care and takes a meticulous, detail-focused approach

* Enjoys working as part of a supportive, friendly team
