We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join a well-established Sheffield law firm known for its personal, high-quality approach to property work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values client care, autonomy, and being part of a close-knit team rather than a high-volume, factory-style environment.

You will handle your own conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, offering a truly personal service to clients. Every transaction is treated as unique, with an emphasis on clear communication, attention to detail, and reducing stress for clients during the moving process.

You’ll be supported by an experienced and respected property team with a strong reputation for resolving complex issues smoothly and efficiently.

• Residential sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Deeds of gift
• Assured shorthold tenancy agreements
• Right to Buy and compulsory purchase matters
• Declarations of trust
• Freehold purchases

• Qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
• Strong background in residential conveyancing
• Able to manage a caseload independently
• Client-focused with a commitment to quality service
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Salary dependent on experience (DOE)
• 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
• Additional days off at Christmas
• Death in service benefit – 4x salary
