is delighted to be working with a highly respected international law firm to recruit a Costs Paralegal into its growing Dispute Management team in Sheffield. The Opportunity

This role will suit an individual with a solid background in legal costs who enjoys working on technically challenging matters. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of costs-related work, supporting high-quality litigation and dispute resolution matters while developing your expertise within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing, reviewing, and responding to Bills of Costs with a high degree of technical accuracy
  • Managing costs budgeting matters from start to finish, including drafting, negotiations, and strategic input
  • Advising on complex costs issues and providing clear, practical guidance to fee-earners and stakeholders
  • Handling summary, provisional, and detailed assessments, ensuring costs are thoroughly analysed and robustly presented
  • Supporting the wider team with technical knowledge and contributing to best practice across the department

Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Costs Paralegal or similar legal costs role (essential)
  • Based locally to Sheffield (essential)
  • Full right to work in the UK (essential)
