About the Role

Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm, is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join their thriving Residential Property Team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, supporting clients across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, and the East Midlands.

In this role, you will :

Manage a diverse caseload including sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages, and new build properties.

Ensure smooth end-to-end handling of client matters through proactive communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, estate agents, and lenders.

Oversee compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm standards.

Where appropriate, supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their ongoing professional growth.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service and team efficiency.

Our client is looking for an individual who can demonstrate :

Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, ideally including new build transactions.

Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex matters with confidence.

Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.

A proactive and adaptable approach, with a genuine commitment to client care.

Experience using case management systems and confidence working in a technology-driven environment.

A collaborative and professional attitude, with the ability to mentor junior colleagues where required.
