As an Associate, you will provide specialist comprehensive legal advice to clients with a range of complex requirements. With at least 3, up to 5 years of post‑qualified experience you will not only be able to:

- Exhibit strong drafting skills for Wills, trusts, and associated legal documents.
- Advising high‑net‑worth individuals and families with sophisticated estate planning needs.
- Demonstrate familiarity with offshore structures and international estate planning considerations.
- Possess strong collaboration skills and experience working alongside financial professionals and accountants.
- Provide exceptional client care skills and the ability to build long‑term relationships with a diverse client base.

- Draft and review Wills, trust documents, and estate planning instruments.
- Manage estate administration and taxation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Advise on long‑term family planning strategies, including wealth preservation and generational succession.
- Work collaboratively with accountants, investment managers, private banks, and financial advisers to provide comprehensive client solutions.
- Support internationally mobile clients with UK estate matters, tax exposure assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Engage with offshore professionals to provide integrated succession planning support.
- Collaborate with the films specialist contentious probate team, providing representation and strategic advice to executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.
