Job Title: Catastrophic Injury Associate

Location: Sheffield City Centre (with hybrid working)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

• Managing a diverse caseload of complex liability and injury claims.
• Advising clients on liability, quantum, and coverage issues.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and reports.
• Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and experts.
• Contributing to case strategy, negotiation, and settlement discussions.
• Supporting partners with larger or strategically important matters.
• Ensuring cases are handled efficiently, effectively, and in line with client expectations.
