Probate Solicitor

Pay: £32,000-£65,000 based on experience (Work level 6A &
5). Full‑time (37.5 hours) or part‑time available. Hybrid working with offices in Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol, or Stratford upon Avon.

• Own a caseload of probate cases varying in complexity end‑to‑end, using a case management system and AI tools.
• Use the case management system to ensure accurate information recording.
• Engage with clients mainly by telephone and email.
• Collaborate with the team for support and continuously develop legal skills.
• Mentor junior team members using your legal knowledge.

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive in private practice (CILEX or STEP qualification) or equivalent probate law experience.
• Strong initiative and ability to prioritise and organise work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Client‑focused, capable of building positive relationships remotely.
