We are currently hiring Senior / Lead Business Analysts for an exciting opportunity with our client in U.K., supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. This role is ideal for experienced Business Analysts with strong Telecom domain expertise and proven leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business analysis activities across complex enterprise transformation initiatives
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to define business needs and strategic solutions
- Drive requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and technology
- Support delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to BA teams where required
- 15+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Proven team leadership or Lead BA experience
- Strong BSS/OSS or Telecom domain experience (Mandatory)
- Exposure to enterprise transformation programmes
- Experience working in both Agile & Waterfall environments
- Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
