We have an exciting opportunity to join our Operations team, where you’ll support internal teams and our customers with any questions or issues they have with their smart meter.

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be reviewing data, identifying anomalies, and proactively resolving issues before they affect our customers.
You will be a point of escalation to our contact centre teams to resolve a range of technical issues. This will include both inbound and outbound calls to customers to help troubleshoot and resolve issues.
You will be naturally inquisitive with strong communication skills, which will allow you to assess a situation and be able to communicate a solution to both internal teams and customers.
To be successful in thisroleyou will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
