What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a mid‑level UX Designer to create user‑centered digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and engaging. This role combines user research, interaction and visual design, prototyping and testing, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver design solutions that meet user needs and the business objectives.

Interaction and visual design:

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible interfaces that align with the Kooth brand identity and usability best practice. Develop wireframes mockups, and high‑fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction flows. Ensure designs create a seamless and engaging user experience across platforms.

Collaboration and communication:

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with squad goals and technical feasibility. Present and explain design decisions clearly, facilitate workshops, and foster a collaborative, user‑focused product development process.

Prototyping and testing:

  • Build and iterate interactive prototypes to validate design concepts. Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and analyse results to inform design refinements. Continuously iterate on solutions to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
