Operations Specialist

Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-class online school delivering live, real-time learning to ambitious students around the world. With over 1,000 students joining us from 65 countries, our vision is to unlock our students' limitless potential, together, for extraordinary futures.

You'll design and maintain the systems that power everything from lead generation to enrollment and you'll be the person everyone calls when something breaks. You'll live in Hub Spot, speak fluent automation, and care deeply about data quality. You'll work across marketing, admissions, and leadership, with direct impact on conversion rates and revenue.

• Own and configure Hub Spot across all global markets.
• Build and manage automated nurturing journeys.
• Implement lead scoring that reflects real buyer intent. Keep our database clean and our emails landing in inboxes.
• Translate how our admissions process actually works into scalable workflows.
• Build dashboards that leadership can trust.

You have 4–5 years in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations and strong hands-on Hub Spot experience. You're analytical, detail-oriented, and can move between strategy and execution without losing momentum. Multi-region experience is a bonus, and so is a background in education, SaaS, or high-consideration sales.
